How It Started
This work did not begin in a boardroom.
It began in survival.
After watching her own children struggle inside educational systems that could not properly support their needs, Dr. Mabry made the decision to build something different. What started as a deeply personal response to educational trauma became a larger movement centered around dignity, restoration, and access.
That work eventually grew into Tiers Free Homeschool Cooperative, a trauma-informed educational pathway that has helped families across the country navigate homeschooling, diploma completion, academic intervention, and personalized learning support.
What Dr. Mabry discovered through that journey was simple but life-changing:
Many people are not failing because they lack intelligence or potential.
They are failing inside systems that were never designed to respond to their humanity.
That realization now shapes every program, framework, training, and restorative experience connected to her work.
Her Approach Combines:
• Trauma-informed practices
• Clear systems and accountability
• Restorative leadership principles
• Practical implementation strategies
• Community-centered problem solving
• Healing-centered reflection and restoration
A Different Kind of Leandership
Dr. Mabry’s work is known for blending strategy with humanity.
She believes structure matters. Outcomes matter. Sustainability matters. But she also believes people cannot heal, learn, lead, or grow in environments rooted in shame, chaos, fear, or constant survival mode.
This philosophy has shaped everything from literacy initiatives and diploma pathways to workforce development models and executive restoration retreats.

The Core Belief
At the center of all of Dr. Mabry’s work is one core belief:
People do not need more shame.
They need language, structure, dignity, and a pathway forward.
That belief continues to shape the culture, mission, and restoration-centered philosophy behind every initiative connected to her work.
