The Dr. Mabry Method™

The Dr. Mabry Method™ is a trauma-informed, systems-aware approach to education, workforce development, leadership, and community restoration. It is grounded in a simple but radical premise:

Tiers Free Homeschool Cooperative®

Tiers Free Homeschool Cooperative provides trauma-informed homeschool education and diploma pathways for students who have struggled in traditional academic environments. Serving families across the United States, Tiers Free offers personalized academic planning, diagnostic assessments, access to curriculum, and graduation support, without a one-size-fits-all approach.

Our model is designed for students who need flexibility, understanding, and structure built around their lived realities, not rigid systems that leave them behind.

Workforce Development Programs

Our workforce development initiatives focus on building practical skills, confidence, and economic access for individuals who have been excluded from traditional employment pipelines.

Barista Source Academy

Barista Source Academy provides accessible, skills-based workforce training with an emphasis on hospitality, customer service, and employability. The program is designed to support individuals with diverse learning needs and backgrounds, offering a supportive on-ramp to meaningful employment.

AI Strategy Lab

Dr. Mabry’s AI Strategy Lab™ equips nonprofits, educators, and community leaders with practical tools to responsibly integrate artificial intelligence into their work. The lab emphasizes ethics, governance, sustainability, and capacity-building, helping organizations strengthen operations, funding strategies, and long-term impact without sacrificing values.

Restoration Institute™

The Restoration Institute™ is the Foundation’s healing-centered leadership and wellness arm. Through retreats, recovery programs, and reflective practices, the Institute supports individuals and leaders navigating burnout, transition, and trauma while still carrying responsibility for others.

This work recognizes that sustainable leadership and community impact require restoration, not constant depletion.

Educational Disobedience®

Educational Disobedience® is both a philosophy and a public-facing body of work that challenges rigid systems and advocates for education rooted in humanity, flexibility, and truth. Through writing, speaking, and community dialogue, this work invites educators, parents, and leaders to rethink what learning, success, and accountability can look like when people are centered.

Educational Disobedience® informs all of the Foundation’s programs by grounding them in lived experience and systems-level awareness.
